Very good coordination from pre booking to end of the trip. Required customisations done and itinerary scheduled accordingly. Good coverage of the locations mentioned. The vehicle driver is experienced and knows the places and the sequence of coverage and suggested accordingly. Accomodation in specified hotels was good. Food was also great. Pre instructions for vegetarian food helped on the house boat. Daily followup during the trip by travel coordinator ensured that there were no issues absolutely.

Our experience in Kerala was amazing. We didn't have to worry about anything at all. All the hotels , the food , the service was very good.
